Penelope has over 18 years of academic, industry and consulting experience across the Insurance, Banking & Automotive sectors.  She is currently the Insurance Data lead at Capco but prior to joining Capco led the Products Development Team at Lloyd’s of London and the Data Management & Governance Team within Financial Technology Services at KPMG.  Penelope specialises in data strategy, data management, data governance and regulatory and finance transformation. She also has an impressive global track record of managing senior stakeholders in a variety of business and technology functions and holds a Doctorate in Marketing and International Business Management from the University of Strathclyde.
