David Gagné holds a degree in computer majoring, specializing in artificial intelligence, and an Executive MBA from Laval University.

As P&C IT Vice President, he oversees some 800 team members working on the development and operation of P&C insurance systems at Desjardins.

With a lifelong passion for large-scale technological projects that propel organizations beyond market trends, David thrives on complex challenges requiring audacious approaches.

He is also a committed player in the development of information and communications technologies in Quebec. Every year, he invests his time and expertise in various industry groups whose mission is to promote IT professions.
