Over the past decade, Dan has worked in P&C holding various positions spanning pricing & underwriting, advanced analytics and innovation.  He is passionate about blending data driven decision making with a customer centric approach to pragmatically solve problems.

In his current role, Dan is a part of Liberty Mutual’s Emerging Technology arm, leading a team focused on the assimilation of cognitive technology solutions.  Dan’s current focus is on natural language processing via voice enabled, conversational chatbots.  Over the past year and a half, his team has developed and integrated a fleet of conversational chatbots to help customers get answers over the phone faster than ever before.
