Craig is the Head of Cyber Services at Hiscox, an insurance company providing cyber insurance to thousands of companies in Europe and the United States. In his role Craig works to provide Hiscox’s cyber insureds with effective risk management solutions to help them better manage their exposure. In addition, Craig is a member of the Cyber Leadership Team, which is responsible for the continual development of Hiscox’s cyber insurance offering. Craig formally worked as a counterterrorism and law enforcement consultant, presenting on the topics of data protection, data privacy and countering online radicalisation at a number of NATO and UNODC conferences. He holds Masters Degrees in International Affairs from the London School of Economics and Peking University.
