Costa leads Capco’s Proposition and Product capability for Capco UK, based out of the London Office. He has over 14 years of experience in financial services leading large scale customer focused transformations and in bringing new customer focused products to market.

At Capco, Costa has delivered marquee product development and experience transformation projects across insurance, lending and payments bringing a focus on understanding the customer and building solutions that solve customer problems. Prior to joining the firm he held roles at Barclays and Lloyds Banking Group and also achieved a degree in Mathematics, Statistics and Management Science from the University of Strathclyde.
