Chris Thompson is Head of Digital Next Generation at Aviva, evolving insurance products to address new customer needs in the commercial space. With over 20 years’ experience, predominantly in mobile, but covering the digital product spectrum, across the media and financial services sectors, Chris has initiated business transformation and implemented agile product functions as well as leading largescale digital teams.

Chris has been at Aviva for 6 years, where he has built up the MyAviva Web and Mobile to become the primary customer channels in personal lines and is now affecting change in the commercial insurance business through building an agile ecosystem to facilitate Insurance-as-a-Service and headless products.
