Carl Farberger has over 20 years of experience from the Swedish P&C industry, and is CEO of ICA Insurance since May 2016. Prior to joining ICA, Carl has a long tenure with Trygg-Hansa where he was Personal Lines Director between 2011 and 2016. Previous positions with Trygg-Hansa include Development Director, CEO of subsidiary Sveland Sakförsäkringar, Nordic Commercial Pricing & Underwriting Director and head of Marketing and CRM. Carl has a background as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, and has dual university degrees in electrical engineering and business administration.
