“Brian is the SVP, Advisory Customer Strategy and Transformation at Blue Prism where he manages the EMEA Professional Services, Customer Success, Customer Support and Educational Services teams and works with BPs largest customers to help scale their digital workforce operations. Brian has been a customer of Blueprism for over 6 years initially as Head of Automation at Bank of Ireland where he built a strategic digital workforce equivalent to over 1000 FTE and more recently as the Global Head of Automation with HSBC Operations where he scaled RPA and AI capabilities in four global Digital Operations Centres supporting Retail, Corporate Bank, Private Bank and Global Markets to over 1500 Digital Workers and over 4000 FTE of benefit. Prior to RPA, Brian has many years of senior management experience in IT and Process Excellence across a variety of industries including Insurance, Banking, CRM, Telco, Online Services, Education and Publishing services”
