Blair has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry and has held a number of senior roles in the Asia Pacific Region.  Key positions included Executive GM for Wealth & Insurance ASB Bank, VP Wealth Management for AIA, Group Life & Retirement Director for AXA Hong Kong and Group Strategy & Transformation Director for Great Eastern in Singapore.

Blair was appointed MD, Digital & Retail, UK & International in January 2018 after being responsible for UK Digital since 2015.  He has overall responsibility for Aviva.co.uk and MyAviva and developing a beautifully simple and rewarding insurance & savings customer experience for our 15m UK customers and 33m customers’ worldwide.  Previously, Blair led Aviva Group Strategy and worked closely with the Group Executive team to develop a clear strategic vision and turnaround transformation programme.   Blair is married with three boys.  He enjoys running and spending time with his family.
