Are holds MScs in theoretical physics and statistics from the University of Bergen. He is the CEO and co-founder of Aeda, a company helping insurance companies share data with each other. In addition he also works as a pricing actuary in Analytika, a Norwegian consultancy firm specializing in insurance and banking.
