Anthony Cordonnier is Head of Cyber Product Management at Swiss Re. Based in London, his role focuses on the implementation and execution of Swiss Re’s global Reinsurance cyber strategy and the generation of business opportunities. Anthony leads a team that oversees the underwriting of the cyber line of business & deployment of Swiss Re’s cyber reinsurance capacity. In addition, he has product centre responsibilities, which include managing the portfolio, defining the company’s risk appetite & underwriting standards, and handling referrals from other lines of business.

Since joining Swiss Re ten years ago, Anthony has held a number of roles in underwriting and claims. Prior to his current role, he was a Senior Underwriter in Swiss Re’s UK & Nordics casualty underwriting desk.

He is a dual British and French citizen, holds a degree from Sciences Po, a Masters in International Trade and Commercial Law from the University of Durham and an MBA from the Ecole Superieure de Commerce in Paris. He is also a Fellow of the UK Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII).

Anthony currently serves as the Chair of the International Underwriting Association’s Cyber Reinsurance Committee.
