Andrew is the Director of Pet Claims at RSA, and is also a qualified vet.  Andrew heads up RSA’s pet claims centre, which includes the operational hub for the RSA Referral Vet Network, and looks after pet claims for both our consumer brand MORE TH>N and all of our affinity brands. RSA insures around one million cats and dogs and processes approximately 500,000 claims a year, so delivering excellent customer service whilst focussing on the needs of pets and their owners is vital.  Andrew and the team are very committed to a programme of strategic development, to ensure they meet the needs of our customers and respond effectively to the changing market.

Andrew has been with RSA for five years. Prior to this, he has worked as a Veterinary Surgeon in practice in both the UK and Australia, giving him a unique insight to the world of pets, vets and insurance.
