Adrian is no stranger to transformation spending the first 10 years of his career in the magazine publishing industry and the second decade in agency land specialising in content marketing and communication strategy. He has worked with some of the worlds largest financial brands as the sector redefines itself for a new market environment and against changing customer behaviour.

A recent convert to the world of enterprise, in 2017 Adrian moved across from the Communisis owned agency Editions Financial to work for the parent company in a pure business strategy role.

Since then he has built and launched Communisis Ai, an incubator business unit focused on Intelligent Document Processing which creates value by improving customer engagement while reducing cost to serve and managing risk.

Commenting on his role at Communisis Adrian says, “There’s a ‘golden thread’ that runs through every role I’ve enjoyed in my career so far, an often contrarian focus on the needs of the customer – both internal and external.

Too often the answer to business problems isn’t just how we can make the machine go faster for cheaper, it’s identifying the changes that we can make, in the front and the back office, that would improve the customer’s experience of a brand in that moment”
