Adam has been working in claims handling for almost 20 years. In his professional career he started as a claim handler and was finally promoted to Managing Director, supervising strategy and projects regarding claims handling. He started his career in PZU SA (the largest Polish insurer) and quickly worked in the headquarter department where he was responsible for leading projects, centralising processes and implementing new tools within the business.

At the same time, Adam also gained experience working in other insurance companies within Eureko Group in the Netherlands, where he was a member of the international implementing team. Here he was responsible for innovating and re-organising the claims handling process, as well as implementing a new IT claims platform for the entire Eureko Group. He was also working on the eastern market in Russia, where he was the Claims Handling Director in one of the companies from Eureko Group.

Currently for the past 6 years, he has worked in Warta where he supervises the improvement of the claims handling processes, implementation of new solutions (tools) like chatbots with clients, process automation, introducing robots (RPA), analysis and the anti-fraud department.

Privately – husband and father of three children.
In his free time – after work – he is fan of alpine skiing and motor sports.
