AXA Group Chief Technology Officer Achille Benmussa has 25 years’ experience in IT and Operations for financial institutions. Achille holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD as well as a Master’s in Engineering from the Ecole Centrale de Lyon. 

Prior to joining AXA Group Operations, Achille was Head of the Decommissioning Factory and Account Management at Allianz Technology, where he held multiple positions from 2010 to 2021 covering Enterprise Architecture, Account Management, Customer Solution and Solution Design. Achille also has experience in Retail Banking and consultancy, notably with McKinsey, Altran Technology and Capgemini.
