For insurers, developing a deeper understanding of their customers is crucial to delivering the services and interactions that people increasingly expect. Only by developing joined-up insights will it be possible to create a truly personalized experience across all channels, going beyond segmentation to a truly holistic view of each customer.

Getting to this deeper understanding of the customer, however, requires overcoming numerous obstacles. These include operational silos, a lack of joined-up data, and difficulty deploying innovative technology. This roundtable will bring together senior leaders from data, analytics, customer, transformation, operations, digital, innovation, and AI functions to explore how to overcome these challenges, the innovations this will unlock, and the commercial advantage over competitors that this will deliver.
