There is pressure on insurance like never before: not only are customer expectations evolving, but climate change is transforming the risk landscape in a way that fundamentally threatens the business model. However, as this is happening, so to is technology enabling insurers to get closer to their customers, providing new value, and averting claims before they happen.

This roundtable will bring together senior leaders from across innovation, underwriting, proposition and product, and claims to discuss the developing role of the insurer – from financial protection to genuine risk prevention and mitigation partner – in order to better position you to take advantage of a shift that will not only provide new value to the customer but will unlock significant potential for revenue growth for insurers.
