Dan Bendavid is the Global Lead Innovation at AXA XL since May 2023. He leads a team of Innovation Leads and Analysts who work on various innovation projects and foster an innovation culture with internal and external partners. Dan used to work at AXA Next where he managed several P&C Business Innovation projects using automation, data enrichment, unstructured data processing and predictive modeling. He also led the Group predictive justice project for motor bodily injury. Before that, Dan was in charge of General Insurance Claims Operations for AXA in Asia Pacific across 7 countries. Dan also worked at the AXA Head Office on strategic projects for Life and GI including the development of Group Digital Strategy for Operations & Services Dan worked as a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey in Paris before coming to AXA. He has an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale Paris.
